First let's talk about reception, as the check in time was 01:30 afternoon, we reached around 12:05 afternoon, agree that we were before scheduled time but at least we could have been welcomed by serving at least a glass of water. We sat nearby reception along with kids for almost one hour but nobody bothered to ask for a glass for water, this needs to be improved. Room was big and good but the toilet was small, i think toilet size may be increased a bit. Swimming pool was big in size and a separate pool for kids but swim tube could have been provided for kids. Food was awesome and rates were good. Everything we had was just perfect. In breakfast, they should include at least one north indian dish like poori sabji or parantha or chhole bhatoore. Rest was all good, had a memorable stay there. ~ Somendra P

Nice property.. Very well and aesthetically designed. Superb Ambience. The banquet Hall is too big having large seating capacity with Air Condition. Internal space is nicely designed and furnished. Interior is very well designed which looks very awesome. Exterior part is too well. Ample of lights in banquet. Restroom available is very clean and hygienic. Lawns is also much bigger.. Food Or Dining facility can keep there. Ample of parking space inside the property with securities. Tree Plantation done is very wonderful feels very evergreen there.. Not much far from city. Having rooms for stay too.. can accommodate much more. Overall Ambience and atmosphere is too good. Calm place. Must visit the place to feel it. ~ Yogiraj M

I had a wonderful stay at Palm Spring Resort & Spa, Nashik for 2 nights. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very well maintained. The food was delicious, and the overall ambience of the resort was peaceful and relaxing. The staff was extremely courteous, friendly, and always ready to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The pricing is also very reasonable considering the quality of the rooms, food, and service. If you’re planning to visit Trimbakeshwar Temple or Sula Vineyards, this resort is a great choice due to its convenient location and excellent value for money. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly Recommended with One Small Fix! We had the absolute best experience staying at this property! The resort has an amazing vibe that instantly relaxes you. The rooms are incredibly spacious and comfy, making for a very comfortable stay. A huge shoutout to the staff—they were extremely polite, responsive, and made us feel genuinely welcome. Another major highlight was the food; the breakfast buffet was amazing with a fantastic variety of options to choose from. The only minor drawback we experienced was that the water pressure in the washroom and jet spray wasn't quite up to the mark. If they can fix that, this place is a perfect 10/10. This is a great place to stay. It is very near to Sula vineyard. The property is right next to the main road. The rooms are very clean, well maintained. The bedsheets and pillow were properly washed. Bathroom was cleaned properly and smells good. Overall ambience in the room was great. The Hotel has a great restaurant and the food taste was excellent. You could make out that the ingredients which they use are of good quality and fresh. The breakfast buffet spread was great. They had variety and very presentable . The service was amazing and all staff were very sweet, cooperative and helpful. Overall a great experience and recommended if you are in the area. ~ Yudhishthir C

have stayed at both Arya and Palm Springs, Nashik, and based on my experience, Palm Springs is better in terms of service. While Palm Springs rooms are slightly compact and the pricing is lower, the hospitality and service quality are far superior. Especially during breakfast, the service at Palm Springs was outstanding. Captain Kush and his team were extremely polite, attentive, and genuinely caring. The level of service Palm Springs provides is something I did not experience at Arya. For me, service matters more than just room size, and Palm Springs clearly stands out. Highly recommended for those who value warm hospitality and great service. ~ Avinash s

Palm springs was very nice resorts. It is located outside Nashik megacity on Gangapur Savargaon Road. Yesterday we enjoyed wedding reception on palm springs resort. All facilities required for resort is available here. Rooms are nice. Washrooms ate also meat and clean. Lawn of resort is good. It is nicely maintained. Yesterdays wedding reception was arranged on grand lawns. Internal parking was good. They were guiding every nicely for car parking. Stage was nicely decorated with foreign theme. I was told that they arrange stage as per requirement and choice. Food was good and tasty. Security was good. Palm springs resort is located in nature background. ~ Vilas P

We had a great experience during our stay. Resort staff was polite & helpful. Rooms were neat & very clean. Food was delicious & healthy. And breakfast was amazing & had a plenty of options (which is included in room fare) including egg, chicken, juices, breads, South Indian. They even upgraded our room category from deluxe to executive without spending an extra penny. They have a big parking space inside hotel premises. Unfortunately we couldn’t use swimming pool but yeah it was perfect. And Sula Vineyards is nearby approx 2.5-3 km so ideal location for those who are visiting Sula ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ~ Akshay1709

Palm Springs resort in Nashik is a perfect gateway to relax. Though the property itself is small and compact in size (for nomenclature as a resort) but it has sufficient amount of greenery and a nice swimming pool. The location is fabulous being outside of the city (on college road extension) and very near to the famous Sula Vineyard and Gangapur backwaters. Surely a place away from the hustle bustle of the city and with an easy access to Triambakeshwar. The service was extremely well managed. Neeraj at the front desk upgraded us complimentary. Hariom was also helpful. The highlight were the deluxe rooms which were quite large in size with a lovey view of garden and pool. I wished it was carpeted as well. The room service was without any issues and all services were prompt and handy; when asked for. The restaurant is nice and cozy with delicious breakfast. Though the buffet breakfast spread did not meet higher star resorts and hotels, yet it was tasty and filling. Happy memories! ~ Amit K

Celebrated Wedding ceremony of my daughter Ketki with Prathamesh at Palm Springs Resort. We had amazing experience. The venue is excellent. All rooms very good. The banquet hall is awesome, very elegant. Pool side venue was perfect for our joshful Haldi function. Food catering by Palm springs was excellent. We had a variety. All dishes very tasty, presentation perfect. All staff very courteous.Special thanks to Ms Saroj Patil, she supervised banquet hall , was hands on available during lunch, dinner timings. She was personally attending all our guests. My special thanks to Mr Vaibhav Avte. From my first phone call to him for enquiry regarding the venue, he has been very helpful. I called him multiple times as i am based in Abu dhabi and visited Palm springs only once. Whenever i called him, he was very polite , courteous and offered solutions to all my problems. We had a great time, will cherish beautiful memories, of Palm Springs, always and forever. ~ Vidya S

We had booked this property just for an over night stay as we had to go for Trimbakeshwar darshan next day early morning. The staff was super helpful and courteous. Even though we reached property at night around 11:15 pm, however the hotel manager was helpful in prebooking the dinner and had kept it freshly cooked and ready when we arrived. Overall it was an amazing experience. We would plan to visit this property again to spend good quality time and utilise their other good facilities like gym and other activities. Recently we stayed @thepalmsprings in Nashik and I must say that we had an awesome time there....starting from the room, the service, the food, the pool everything was on point.....all the staff are cooperative and helpful.....the location is amazing with near by places to visit like the Sula Vineyards, Suma Vine Village, Trimbakeshwar Temple, and Go-karting activities near Sula Vineyards... In all it was a pleasant and relaxing stay at The Palm Springs, only thing I would like to suggest is that they need to add a play area for the kids too.. Thank you ~ Khushboo P

Visited nashik on Holi 2022, as it was an impromptu trip we didn't book anything in advance. This hotel was still partly under construction when we went there. Hotel building, banquet, landscape everything was completed only pool area and restaurant was under construction. We stayed there for 2 days 2 nights. Rooms are modern, with all the required facilities. Color scheme is in the sea blue and white grey color tones. Every room has either balcony or window at the back with view of open land and mountains at the back. 1 sofa is there and one study table too. Bathroom is also of good enough size with hair dryer and make up mirror. The staff is very courteous. We asked then for local authentic food places and they suggested us the best food places nearby. Landscape of the campus is something I'm totally in love with. They also have banquet and party lawn. The highlight of the hotel is it's only 5 minutes drive from Sula vineyards. So this place is gonna hoon once it runs 100%. ~ Krishna S

The hotel is super nice with good service. They have a nice pool and rooms are well maintained. We had a room with a tub and it was very comfortable with all amenities. It has 2 resturants but the food was not consistent. We ordered 3-4 times across 2 days and it one or two dishes were not at par. Chicken felt rubbery. Some dishes were very tasty too... Which is why I felt it was not consistent. Maybe different chefs are making at different times. Not sure. Location is very close to sula and you get uber easily. ~ Chetan B

We had a great stay and were very positively surprised that we got an upgrade to bigger beautiful room on top floor. The breakfast and dinner was the best we had experienced with great food quality and many choices. Also, we had got a specific food of our toddler's choice. Mr.Kush, Reethika, Aarcee and Sangi were very friendly and helpful staff in restaurant, they managed to keep patience and keep our toddler engaging while having breakfast and dinner, especially Mr.Kush. We went there for our weekend stay and we had an amazing weekend. All of the staff is really helpful and very polite. Their property is also well maintained and great in looks. The room was clean, all the facilities were available and there was no need to call room service again and again. They have a variety of foods and all the dishes were tasty and delicious. Visited this place for a food carnival and had a really good experience overall. The property is quite impressive — especially the poolside area and the beautiful decor, which add great charm to the ambience. They also have sufficient parking space, which is very convenient. The lawn is spacious enough to comfortably accommodate around 150–200 people, making it perfect for events and gatherings. Definitely worth visiting for the overall vibe and atmosphere. ~ Girl H
